At Meevika Bright Minds Academy (“Meevika”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we strive to provide high-quality, practical, and job-oriented training programs.

By enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2.1 All course enrollments are confirmed only after successful payment.

2.2 Once payment is made, access to course content, materials, or training sessions may be provided immediately or within a specified time.

2.3 Fees paid for any course, bundle, or service are subject to the refund terms mentioned below.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.

3.2 Refund will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Course has not been significantly accessed or consumed

  • User is unable to access the course due to verified technical issues

  • Duplicate payment has been made

3.3 Refund requests must be made via official email or support channel with valid proof.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

4.1 No refund shall be provided in the following cases:

  • Course content has been accessed, viewed, or downloaded

  •  User changes their mind after purchase

  • Lack of time, interest, or usage

  • Failure to complete the course

  • Discounted or promotional offers (if specified as non-refundable)

4.2 Once access to digital products (courses/templates) is granted, it will be considered as “used service”.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Once enrolled, cancellation of course access is not allowed after access has been provided.

5.2 In case of live sessions or workshops:

  • No rescheduling or transfer will be provided

  • Missing a session will not be compensated

6. Misconduct & Policy Violation

6.1 If a user is found involved in:

  • Sharing course content

  • Reselling or distributing materials

  • Misusing the platform

Meevika reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately.

6.2 In such cases, no refund (full or partial) will be provided.

7.1 Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

7.2 Refund will be credited to the original payment method only.

7.3 Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.
